3. Software Only: This service is exclusively for software updates and does not extend the hardware warranty.
4. Processing Time: Once the order is placed with OBD Master, activation typically takes 24 to 72 business hours . Autel technicians will activate the license in their online system.
5. Mandatory Requirements: The Serial Number (S/N) is required, and you must have access to the current team account (Email and Password).

How does the update work?
Once OBD Master confirms that the renewal has been successfully processed (we will notify you by email or message), follow these simple steps on your device:
1. Restart your tablet/scanner.
2. Make sure the battery has enough charge (at least 50%) or keep it plugged into the mains.
3. Check that your Internet (WiFi) connection is stable.
4. Enter the "Update" application in the main menu.
5. You will see that the expiration date has been extended and you will be able to download all pending marks.
