Before processing any changes, the serial number will be audited against the global theft report database.

⚠️ IF THE EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN REPORTED STOLEN OR LOST:

• The service will be denied immediately.
• The account change will not be processed.
• The team's status will be reported.

📝 What do we need to get started?

When making your purchase, please send the following information via WhatsApp, email, or in the order notes:

1. Photo of the back of the equipment and VCI where the Serial Number (S/N) is clearly visible.
2. Photo of the password slip in the case of Launch.
3. New email address to which you wish to link the device (make sure you have access to it).
4. (Optional) Scanner "Settings/Info" screen on showing S/N.

⏳ Processing Times

This is a manual administrative procedure that depends on the manufacturer's response.

• Estimated time: 3 to 5 business days.
• Maximum timeframe: It could take up to one business week (7 days) in complex cases.
• Format: 100% digital service. You don't need to send us the physical equipment.
