- Renewal Card: Depending on the model, we could send you a photo of the "Renewal Card" with a secret code for you to enter yourself, or we could perform the activation directly.
- Global Region: This license is for Global/International version devices. If your device is a China (CN) exclusive version, please contact us before purchasing.
- Warranty: As this is a digital product, there are no refunds once the code has been sent or the service activated. It does not cover physical damage to the tablet.
How to update?
- If you receive direct activation: Just go to "Update" and press "Renew" or "Refresh".
- If you receive a Card Code:
- Enter the X431 App > Main Menu.
- Go to "Software Update" .
- "Renewal" tab.
- Select "Use Renewal Card" and enter the 24-digit number we will send you.
